 Amazon Lily was formed by four women who share a love of adventure, fitness and fun.  Coming from diverse backgrounds, the experiences and variety they can inject into one of their adventures needs to be seen to be believed.  All four women are qualified personal trainers with years of experience educating in fitness, food and lifestyle choices.  They will bring a fresh approach to the way you view yourself and what you are capable of.
